Hunter has been in the Accounting world for just over 12 years now, having graduated with his degree in Business and Accounting from Tennessee Tech, and also becoming an Accredited Small Business Consultant. Over the past 8 years, Hunter and his wife have also had the pleasure of founding and growing 4 small businesses of their own while gaining experience and insight in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Tax. Hunter has worked as a controller, managed accounting departments and worked with numerous businesses to help them understand and know how to use their financials. 

When Hunter is not at the office he enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah, family, friends and his chocolate lab. He enjoys traveling, visiting new places, enjoying new foods and meeting new people and trying new experiences. 

Justin graduated from Tennessee Tech with a bachelors degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics. For the past six years, he has worked with a large corporation in accounting, as well as FP&A and is ready to bring this experience to RBA and our clients. Justin particularly brings a vast knowledge of payroll and accounting systems to the team. Justin is excited for this new adventure with us, and looks forward to working alongside you to help your business grow! 

When Justin is not working, he enjoys spending time with his friends and his dog. He especially enjoys traveling, and seeing new places with those he loves. 

John is a seasoned CPA with almost two decades of diverse experience in banking, real estate, and public accounting. Throughout his professional journey, he has collaborated with numerous small business clients, guiding them through annual tax planning, compliance, and intricate multi-year tax and business succession strategies. His clientele comprises accomplished business owners, real estate investors, and ultra-high net worth families.

Since 2017, John has taken pride in owning and managing a local CPA practice. He is excited to bring his tax and compliance expertise to RBA. Understanding the inherent stress that taxes can bring to individuals, John is committed to easing this burden and simplifying the complexities of the tax landscape.

John, along with his wife Aileen, is a proud parent to three very active children. They all share a love for their family farm, where they oversee a fold of registered Scottish highland cattle.

Community involvement has always been a core value for John. He currently serves as the treasurer for Honeybee Tennessee and the Southern Highland Cattle Association. Additionally, he has held leadership roles as the past chair of the United Way of Wilson County and the Upper Cumberland, former treasurer for the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary, past chair of the City of Lebanon Historic Preservation Commission, and a member of the Leadership Wilson class of 2020.

  Living in Lebanon all her life, Rebecca brings a unique blend of experience, with over 30 years of exceptional client care including expert bookkeeping and financial management. Her extensive background has equipped her to understand the intricacies of client relationships and financials, allowing her to provide comprehensive support and tailored solutions. Being committed to bringing expertise care, enthusiasm, and extreme attention to detail to clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. 

Outside of work Rebecca cherishes moments with her loving family, including her husband Mike, their three daughters and three grandkids. She enjoys spending time on home improvement projects or planning events with a passion of bringing people together, and creating memorable experiences while adding a personal touch to every special occasion.

Andi graduated from Martin Methodist College in 2017 with a bachelor’s in business management.  She started her bookkeeping journey six years ago and found her love for numbers.  Andi's attention to detail and sharpness for numbers allows her to serve our clients well. Andi has a commitment to learn and has demonstrated her commitment to making sure all her clients have the best experience and best record-keeping possible. 

Andi and her husband are Wilson County natives. Together, they have a daughter who they spend all their free time with on their family farm. 

Susan is a 2017 graduate of Liberty university. She brings over 9 years of bookkeeping experience to the team. Over the years, Susan has realized that numbers are her passion. According to Susan, "Working for this company is truly a dream." Susan brings tons of nonprofit experience to the RBA team as she got her start in bookkeeping with a nonprofit and has been helping non profits since. 

Susan moved to Middle Tennessee 9 years ago, when her husband started pastoring a church in the area. Together, they have two kids, a cat, and the prettiest German Shepherd you’ve ever seen. 

With over 35 years of experience in the accounting industry, Daphne has developed a passion for delivering accurate and reliable financial management solutions. Her extensive background has equipped her to understand the intricacies of financial record-keeping, allowing her to provide comprehensive support to RBA clients.

Outside of work, Daphne enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Spending quality time with them is a top priority.

She is committed to bringing expertise, care, and enthusiasm to all RBA clients, ensuring they receive top-notch accounting services and support. 

  
Connie was born and raised in East Tennessee, before making Lebanon her home in 1990. Connie brings over 10 years of payroll and bookkeeping  experience to the RBA team. Her detail-oriented nature ensures that clients receive the necessary service and support they need to thrive. Connie consistently demonstrates a commitment to her clients and loves providing them with peace of mind. Connie believes that being reliable and trustworthy brings out the best in both individuals and organizations and uses that in her day to day work. 

Outside of work, you can find Connie spending time with her two precious granddaughters and her family! 

Daniel Rowe is a tax attorney with law licenses in three states, and is also a CPA licensed in five states. He’s a member of both the American Bar Association and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a number of other professional organizations. Daniel has over 20 years of tax advisory and compliance experience at firms of varying sizes. Prior to becoming a consultant for RBA, he was a tax partner in a Los Angeles-based public accounting firm and legal of-counsel to a Chicago-based law firm. He has authored numerous tax articles and presented tax seminars to thousands of CPAs and tax professionals around the country. Daniel has also taught masters-level tax courses at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and the University of North Carolina. His passion for teaching and learning is what sets him apart and allows him to communicate with clients in a way that makes tax law both understandable and manageable.
